Defy washing machine

Good day Defy twin**** 1500 I bought this washing machine in August 2022. After 10days the spinner was leaking water on the wiring and tripped the electricity. Report it to OK Furniture where I bought it and also notify Defy. Wanted them to exchange this new machine but because it didn't happen within 7 days, they won't exchange but send a technician out to fix the problem. Which in the first place to me it was still a brand new machine, only used it twice. They came and replace whatever needs to be fixed. Now the spinner doesn't turn anymore but the pump is working. They claim it was only a 1year guarantee and I need to pay for repair. Defy was a well known brand before. But after this, will let me think twice before I ever again buy a Defy product.
