Defy Washing machine

Good morning,

To say it straight..... I'm sick and tired of Defy. We bought a washing mashing 4 years ago at Hifi Corp. After it breaking 6 times, they decided to replace the machine. Had the new machine a month.....same problem. Been fixed 3 time since it was replaced and yet again the Spinner is not working.

I've sent all the information and documentation through to Hifi Corp on the 4th of January 2019......no reply.

Don't want this machine or a replacement.....want my money bac****

Please find attached proof of purchase, repair request of previous repair to spinner and copy of ID of Mr EJ Coetzee. Here are all the details you will need to do the repair request.

Spinner is not working, spinner drum came out and is at the moment standing to the right side. Making a noise and is completely *****ed. Will send pictures if you need it. Please attend to problem ASAP as it`s the third time that it has happened in a time period of 6 (six) months!!! I really don`t want this machine anymore,

Please contact me on *****,,, and NOT Mr Coetzee, as for he is working underground and won`t be available.

I did CC the email to Martin Mosiane too.
