Defy Warranty WORSE SERVICE

Worst service from Defy warranty. I have been waiting for them to fix my washing machine since the 13 May 2025 till today. Spoke to Anthea who didn’t care much and told me I shouldn’t be furious. I don’t know if she **** as well with regard to her supervisor Ishmael. I have been promised calls, but I am the one who always call. I will never ever buy anything from Defy. As they do not know how to treat their clients and never follow up. Wish their call center had a place where you rate the service … Appalling service, I will take this further
