Defy warranty is useless if they don't even pitch to repair

Bought an oven that has now stopped working for the second time, while under warranty. The technician can't explain to me why it just stops working. The second time I called customer service to log a call they never got back to me. I have to call them every day to remind them, and they tell me the technician will come the next day, and then never shows up. They can't give a time slot, and expect you to just sit around waiting all day for the technician, and then they don't even show up on the days that the repair is scheduled for. I will never buy another defy product.
