DEFY WANTS OUT!

The PC board of my Defy double door fridge/freezer needs to be replaced. I have waited for a week now and nobody calls back to tell me what the cost will be. I tried calling Defy but all I got was an answering machine advertising how long Defy has been in business and the amount of products they sell. What Defy doesnt realise is that the next appliance will not be a Defy. Consumers will realise Defy no longer wants to be in business, therefore their refusal to answer their phones!!!!!!
