Defy voided warranty- Game cannot resolve problem

I purchase a Defy Aircon from Game Stores Belair Johannesburg No one at the told ne I had to get a defy accredited installer to instal my aircon. It has been installed, but it does not heat up when selected. I called Game, i spoke to Lucky and the Sales Manager Themba in June 2020. They promised to get it checked todate no one has been out to check it. I called Defy who is now say my warranty has been voided because I did not get a Defy accredited installer. I I have spoke to Manager Cynthia at and promised to resolve . Todate I have still had no one to check my appliance. I will be taking this up with the CPA.
