DEFY- VERY BAD SERVICE- VERY BAD PRODUCT

Complaint ***. Once again, i have been trying to get DEFY to replace a defective stove since December 2020. DEFY DOES NOT RETURN YOUR CALLS so they just don't care once they have your money. Inferior product, inferior service. This is my 4th review and still it does not get them to respond. they just don't care or just simply ***********. learn a lesson from me. I am now trying to get my money back and you can imagine what I'm going through dealing with a company like DEFY. Sickening to say the least!!!!!!!
