Defy - ********* BUSINESS PRACTICE

<p>The defective fridge (DFC396) collected was a frost free unit, height was 1860mm and it was 330 litres in comparison to the new one delivered which is a Auto defrost, height 1745mm and 323 litres.</p> <p>This is ********* business practice especially when Defy confirmed that it was a later model with the same / identical features as the defective one collected.<br />I request that a new FROST FREE, 330 LITRES / 1860 HEIGHT fridge as discussed and confirmed by Defy to be delivered and collection is made on the inappropriate fridge delivered. <br />Failure to resolve this matter I will get the involvement of the CPA.</p> <p>I want closure on this intolerable nonconforming services rendered by the 23-01-2017.</p>
