DEfy Tumble Dryer Belt keeps snapping

I purchased a Defy tumble dryer from HI-Fi corp and the belt on this thing has now snapped for the 5th time and its stops turning.<br> They send a tech out 4 times 3 times to replace the belt and once to replace the motor. When it snapped the 4th time I insisted they take it to their workshop and after repair they guaranteed they would replace the unit if it happened again. Guess what it has snapped again and they are refusing to replace it.
