Defy tumble dryer

Defy has been a part of mh Life since I can remember... my grandmother had all defy appliances and so did my mother. I bought my first washing machine in the late 90's and have my continued to always buy defy. My first defy tumble dryer lasted me 15 years I replaced it with a brand new defy model which only lasted 4years before giving issues (I am a single person and hardly ever use it. Only in the dead of winter) I have now purchased a 6kg defy tumble dryer. All I can say is Defy ***???? this thing sounds like a jet engine andhit shakes and rattles. We can't expect a better replacement because they are all like that. Everyone who purchased this model fave the same complaints. Why oh why must it get this way?? Uk think this is a product from a company that built defy dryers for 3 decades already and this is your latest offering??
