Defy top loader washing maching

Terribly dissapointed. Purchased a washing machine in Jan 2021, and discovered after using it for a few months that not only does it not remove all the fluff from clothing , the machine jams when spinning the clothes, delaying the whole wash cycle, and the spin cycle is set so incorrectly that items that were in the machine were ripped and torn. New items!Defy came out to inspect and found that there was a problem with the shocks which would need repairs. Also clearly a problem with the filter! A whole month after the technician/ support had been, I still had not had any communication so I contacted Defy to be told that there was a shortage of spares- surprise surprise. Dissapointed that I've purchased an inferior product, that service is terribly delayed and that communication is non existent. To prevent items tearing in the machine I now have to wash only on a gentle cycle
