Defy top loader washing machine

I bought a Defy washing machine top loader 17kg end of November 2024 at Makro and it was delivered end of December. I used the machine for the first time and it was making a very loud sound when spinning. I logged a call with Defy and they sent a technician mid January. The technician told me that the shocks were finished he has to replace them. Haibooo.. A brand new machine with shocks finished, so I was sold an item that is old and needed to be fixed whereas it's new?? After the technician replaced the shocks, few days later when I used the machine, same sound again when spinning. Logged another call. And they stated that they will send someone for an exchange. Few days later I received a call from a technician saying he's coming to fix my washing machine😳😳For the second time?? Brand new machine?? I said nooo I'm waiting for an exchange not to fix AGAIN. Then another technician called me again a few days after saying the same thing that he's coming to fix my machine, told him noooo again that I logged a call for an exchange not fixing. I called Defy after my frustration of them sending me technicians to fix the "brand new" machine for the second time. And they said the manager will call me because they need to authorise for an exchange. To this day I am still waiting for the call from the manager and sitting with a machine that I can't even use for my laundry as it is making a very loud noise like I've just started an aeroplane engine inside my house...
