Defy TOP LOADER : Terrible product woth endless issues
I purchase a Defy Top LOADER in May 2023. The first 5-6 it gave me problem. Had to call for them too come and pick for repairs , Not even 3 months after repairs. The machine just stop working

16 Sept 2024, 14:44Brand new item/ product. Purchased in May 2023, after four months new product must go in for repairs . AFTER REPAIRS , another 3 months . Product not working . DEFY is suppose to be a trusted name and product . It's not reliable , NOT HAPPY.

After I spend hard cash to purchased product. . I still have my purchased receipt and store I have purchased from. SO DISAPPOINTING.. DEFY suppose to be Trusted Name
