Defy top loader sucks
We bought a top loader washing machine (Defy) 3 times have had trouble with it where technicians had to come out and fix it. The guarantee ends next year january but almost every 3 months have problems. This time I refuse to get it just repaired for the 4th time. Want a new machine with a new guarantee. Really frustrated. Lost all trust in Defy appliances.

As per warranty terms and conditions, Defy has the sole discretion to either repair, replace or refund a unit. Management will make the verdict after assessment-a job will need to be logged.
