Defy top loader machine is total *******

I put my complaint here on hello peter about my top loader washing machine. Its having errors always, a month ago the defy people start calling until they said they will bring me a new unit. Up until now they are quiet, im just waiting to see how big liers they are, maybe they said so so that i dont follow them up. Defy people i still stand my ground that this machine has inconvinienced me enough, when its out of warranty who will be replacing all those parts, i requested that you even can refund me some of the money and i buy other brands
