Defy top loader is pathetic
Defy DTL 160 14kg top loader. Machine has a shaking noise since I bought it on 09/09/2023. After numerous emails and phone calls there is just no response. My first time experience with Defy top loader and its pathetic!!!! I had enough!!!! I even tried to contact management and they keep on putting me through to different people! I'm not happy and want a refund so I can buy a Samsung washing machine!!! I'm highly discussed with service and ur product
