Defy Top Loader

<p>I bought my Deft Top Loader in 2015, noticed rust on the inner and outside of the machine as well as the key board bubbling! I logged a call with the company we purchased the machine from. The Defy agent came and had a look at my machine the very next day. His exact words"I have never seen a machine rust like this" Bearing in mind the machine is not even a year old!!! I then get a call saying they will be replacing all rusted parts (which is basically the whole machine) and that im quite lucky as my warrantly does not cover rust!! Well this doesnt gel with me, I want the machine replaced at I spent nearly R5000.00 on the machine and would expect it to last longer than a year! </p> <p>Just too top it off, I hear via the g**** vine that my machine is rusting due to it been in a "damp" room. Very strange, as I had a Samsung washing machine in that exact same room for over 10 year, not one spot of rust. I also have a fridge and freezer in that room....also no rust!!!! Would a damp room cause the control panel bubble?? I was sold a "dud" machine its a simple as that!!!!!</p>
