DEFY THE WORST BRAND EVER

I am horrified at the way your appliance that is just over 2 years old is rusted and falling apart other than it being a pathetic piece of Metal, your product is cause for concern as a Health Hazard and could have cause an injury to my kids or me in terms of short circuit and electric shock. REALLY ?????? My Frying Pans last longer than this … I called for you or Ismail and was told that you are in a meeting. I keep being told that oh now you out or warranty we cannot do anything !! YOU explain to me HOW my Previous microwave of 15 years LASTED me that long ? I purchased this on 06/04/2019 – from Makro And it seems as if your appliances are meant to cause problems after the warranty period, so in other Words your Brand should extend its warranty Period, because this is now a cause for concern and I will never “ RELY ON DEFY” in future, yet all my kitchen appliances screams out your name.

I purchased this Microwave just over two years ago trusting your name and Brand and what do I get? A Microwave rusted and rotting inside UNDER my glass plate – WHO CAN EVEN SEE THAT !!!!!!!!!!!!!! This was a faulty appliance sold to me and now I must bear the consequences because your glazing was not done properly!!
