Defy terrible customer service

I bought two plate stove,within a month one plate stopped working,was took in for repairs but the technician did absolutely nothing.called to collect when I check I found that the stove was not fixed.I called their customer service,I received terrible service from them.No solution whatsoever they just don’t car.I wasted my money and I never buy their substandard products again.
