Defy technicians service is bad

I bought the Defy top loader machine from Makro last year. It is making sounds when it is washing. I wrote an email to Makro on the 14th of January 2026 notifying them about the issue. Makro forwarded my details to Defy and Defy booked a service call with the job number ***5, received an SMS that said the appointment is rescheduled to 16th of February 2026. The technician did not come and they do not even call. That was the last communication I received from CRAZY COOLING APPLIANCES.
