My husband purchased a washing machine for our aunt 2 years ago from Makro. The machine started to leak and she contacted Makro numerous times before the warranty ended. The was no assistance. Eventually I emailed makro and CCed DEFY Makro returned a call to say they can't pick up the call log. Defy Durban rep**** so quickly for the address and telephone number of our aunt. They called set up a time. Inspected the machine. Ordered the part to replace. They followed up with an email. Of which we thanked them on their efficient service and speedy response. We are bragging about DEFY. Well done team Durban
