Defy Sucks

I purchased a Defy Oven from House and Home on the 1st of Sept. The service from House and Home was FANTASTIC. The oven did not work from day One. Defy sent a technician who said he would return the following day. House and Home tried their best to help us get it repaired. I have sent NUMEROUS emails to Eduard and ***. We had one email from Eduard and absolutely NOTHING has happened or ANY response from them. I have only bought Defy appliances through the years and will NEVER buy Defy again. I had a similar experience with a Defy fridge years ago. I am still waiting for the technician to return. I really hope this email gets to someone who cares at Defy. Its a huge pity that Defy have regressed so badly. Demi
