Defy sucks
Bought a new defy frontloader washing machine on the 23rd of January. Since day one off delivery it was not working. When i try and use it,it sounds like a missile taking off. Tried phoning since the 23rd but since then,no response.

14 Feb 2023, 12:20Oh please. This is the worst service i ever received. Your technician telling me that its normal for my washing machine to sound like a jet taking off. I will never buy anything from defy again. Waited 3 weeks for someone to say its normal. Thank you i want a refund and you can keep your jet.
