Defy Sucks

Bought a defy fridge 5 months ago. It's freezes up, so after I had to call to get feed back from Defy Cape Town, a few times..... They say they are replacing the fridge, it's been a week and after me calling the store again, some transporter contacts me last night to say he will be here in the morning. Me thinking it's early morning as I juggle my schedule I then call Defy again this time the Manager calls me back with all sorts of excuses..... The truck has been hijacked.... And he tells me morning is until 12.....okay so now he started this call unapologetic, having no reason to to feel for the client...... HE JUST STARTED GIVING EXCUSES TO COVER HIS OWN ASS...... COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR CLIENTS SIR. WE DIDN'T ***** THE FRIDGE WE PAID FOR IT....... GO GET SOME GOOD MANAGEMENT TRAINING HOW TO DEAL WITH A CUSTOMER..... DAMN ******.... DEFY SUCKS
