Defy stoves to be recalled and makro to stop selling them 2 cst

I am extremely disappointed 2 have gone through this page and see that most defy complaints the company did not reply then y do we still complain about them. We bout a stove at makro in February 2021 till 2day the stove is not working, the technician at defy did not install the stove correctly and then it burned. We r cooking with a 2 plate we can't bake, we can't grill since defy been telling us that they ordered the part. A stove is essential if it was not we wld have not spent R6000 on a stove that will display in our kitchen. The sad part is that makro is not willing to take responsibility meanwhile we paid them for the stove at makro. So that means we will always have a stove that needs repairs. We spoke 2 lucas on *** who told us that our case was closed, he then re opened it and ordered a part but y is the stove fixed twice already since installed yet its a new stove?
