DEFY Stove worse thing I ever did in my life was to decide to buy Defy

I bought a stove last year in November and I have been having problems with it for months. They came out to check the oven and said I need a replacement bracket. This was months ago and they still have not replaced it. Now the hob is giving issues and again I am waiting and waiting for them to come out. I will NEVER in my life buy Defy again. It is the WORSE service ever and an absolute terrible appliance. The store has been very helpful and also escalate it every day to them
