Defy stove

I have booked the defy stove at game Polokwane. I only received a job number 20 days ago no technician called or came to fix the stove. I always call defy call center and get told that my job number has no feedback. The defy stove is only 13 months but already been fixed 3 times. Please defy/game send technician to come fix the stove
