Defy still can't fix dishwasher after 4 visits

<p>A technician from Defy Service Centre in JHB came out on the 1st March to fix my dishwasher which wasn't working properly (it wasn't washing dishes properly). After they visited the first time the dishwasher was now working but leaking. They came out a second time. I'm not sure what they did or rather didn't do as it was still not working and leaking. I called them out for a third time. They came out and told me that I needed a R10 part and they would return to fix it. They never did. When I contacted the technician he couldn't remember who I was so I had to remind him. He said he'd come out with the part. He came out a fourth time and supposedly replaced the part (my domestic worker was shown a piece of paper (the part). However my dishwasher is STILL leaking and leaking badly. Where is the old part? Why is it still leaking 4 repairs later? I had to complain again today and request assistance. I've of course paid for the job but yet my dishwasher is STILL leaking. I have used this service centre last year for my fridge repairs. A year later it is faulty again. Perhaps the problem is the service centre and not the appliances? I'll no longer be using Defy Service Centres but rather private individulas. I had a private individual come out to fix my Fridge (that Defy initially fixed). I received the old part and it is working 100%. Go figure!</p>
