Defy Spares Delivery

We have ordered spares from Defy JHB beginning of Feb 2021. As per their feedback they dont have stock and have to get the stock from Defy Durban. Everytime we e-mail or phone for feedback Yashien says that he cant provide feedback to us. Everytime he says that the spares is in transit but if we phone a few days afterwards he says the parts have not yet been released. Apparently there is no communication between the branches and no-one can provide feedback. We have paid for our spares everytime when placing an order but there is absolutely no joy as to when parts will be received. There is no response even from management side. We also have to provide our customers with a service but Defy does not even know what goes on between their own branches and cannot provide feedback. Service is really bad.
