Defy spares Cape Town just don't answer their calls.

Why is there this looooooooooooooooooong drawn out history of defy voice recording while I'm waiting and waiting and.....no response!!! called several times still no answer. Is there anyone home in Cape Town? I know your receptionist is there but that is about it. Bought a Defy Freezer in Cape Town in 1976 still working had no problems with it. Looking for a new 12 KG front loader to replace my broken one but take a guess, after this I rather go and get another make. Your Chinese imports don't last and I don't want to sit a couple of months time with the same problem of no response.
