Defy slimline stainless steel hob

I have resorted to this platform because Defy is difficult to get hold of. The telephone numbers give a fax response. The same prerecorded message comes up time and again . One goes round in circles. The complaint via internet keeps on coming with incorrect validation number.<br> Anyway, my complaint regards the quality of the stainless steel used in the manufacture of their DHD 333 Hob,<br> I have only used it a week and it is proving very difficult to keep clean. Anything that spatters has to be rubbed vigorously to be removed. I regret buying the stainless steel model. Please DEFY inform/warn possible cutomers of the extreme difficulty in keeping this hob clean. Had I known, I would have bought a black enamel hob instead.<br> I am very disappointed and embarassed to show off my new appliance. Obviously the quality of the stainless steel material used is of a poor quality.
