Defy slimline ceramic stove top

Defy use to be one of the best appliances you could purchase. They are now the worst appliances you could spend your hard earned money on. The quality of their products has dropped severely and the after sale service non existence. Customers service a thin of the past. My slim line stove top is less than a year and has broken down on me 3 times already and now defy is coming up with unfounded claims for the breakdown instead of admitting that their product is defective.
