DEFY SIDE BY SIDE FRIDGE USELESS!

I purchased a Defy side by side fridge from Builders Warehouse in May 2017. Since day 1 I have been complaining about the fridge that it is a factory fault and yet from 2017 until now Defy have denied this after sending technicians after technicians to try fix and check it. The fridge/freezer doors are extremely difficult to open because of a hinge at the bottom of which NO other Defy Double door fridge has but yet I'm told it's normal! My 5 year old daughter can't even open the fridge! Besides that it makes a terrible vibrating noise and the condenser fan packed up this year of which was replaced but that just shows me this fridge is faulty from day 1! Defy do what is right and replaced it under warranty before I take this further as I am tired of the backwards and forwards calls and emails regarding this issue!

Thank you. I hope you acknowledge that I was sold a factory defective fridge! I am shocked that this has carried on for nearly 5 years and now I have reached the end of my patience with this and want it exchanged under warranty!

So this is now the reply I get from Defy Customer Service. In my life I have never had such a bad experience with an appliance and such bad service whereas it's taken Defy nearly 5 years to sort this out and yet they don't want to take responsibility for selling a customer a factory fault fridge!

"Good Day Please be advised that the job card was cancelled on our side. No report. As customer is unreachable."

Firstly I am always reachable and secondly I never got a call from anyone! Defy just decide to wipe their hands clean and make excuses that I was unreachable!

Defy best you get this sorted soon before I make this a legal matter.
