Defy Side by side F640

We purchased this fridge in 2011 and noticed that the freezer section kept getting stuck. Drawers were hard to open but thinking that with a name like DEFY, we had to just learn to close the drawers very carefully etc. Within the first year, the plastic drawer covers had almost all cracked and we were still struggling. My husband eventually only went back then to query this with the outlet we purchased it from and they said that they could not find it the purchase . The sales person also told him they discontinued it because of all the comebacks!When we freeze meat, its is so hard to get it out of the drawer as it gets stuck . One has to pull the entire drawer out . When you pull the drawer, the drawer out, the drawer almost always chips and breaks like cheap plastic. I can see this appiliance was never meant to last long when DEFY designed it. <br> Being very busy at work, he only going back the 3rd year and they said that they don't keep purchases on their system for 3 years. He ended up calling Defy but they charge R420 for a callout! This product is really badly design and I would never recommend DEFY. LG gets my vote going forward
