DEfy Shocking service
For the last 6 Months I have been trying to get my freezer repaired. Ive been dealing with Ishmael Mosweu.Technician came out a twice but problem was still there . I was then told I need to pay the call out fee before they will send him again. Which they have not done.
Thety do not bother to reply to mails or return phone calls. Its a disgrace that such a large company treats its clients like this!!!!!!!
