Defy Service Sucks

The service we cannot complain about as there is none. Fix a washing machine December 2022- just so a technician can tell me it is out of balance, but for more than a year the machine worked fine. No part replaced. Now we in January 2023 same issue, I struggle from 6/01/2023 till today one call but no joy. Defy cost me a lot in time and calls.
