Defy Service really Horrid

<p>If you ever prefer really poor service, deal with Defy emoloyess Jaque and Farnie from Defy JHB. They are extremely rude and unhelpful. They have serviced our brand new fridge 3 times and it still does not work. When trying to get a replacement fridge they send you through all the divisions just to frustrate you. Eventually they tell you they don't know anything and there is nothing that they can do. This is 6 month old appliance and they can't reslove the problem. We have lost all our groceries including my 8 month old baby's food and they still don't give a damn. It is absolutely horrid service and the attitude from these useless employess just frustrate you to the max. Good luck dealing with Defy.#defyservicesucks</p>
