Defy service pathetic
I will never purchase a Defy product ever again. I am waiting 3 months for Defy to sort out my Dishwasher that is under warranty. They have sent technicians 4 times to check and nothing has been done. And they do not get back you you with any feedback. They regional managers and executive field officers are also the worst I have encountered.
