Defy service is a lie and a product one can never RELY on

Bought an upright freezer DUF 280 brand new in April 2018 and the compressor packed up only 7 months later. I asked it to be replaced as the compressor is the heart of the freezer but they picked it up took it in then returned it worst than they took it now works worst than a fridge . Had to fight with the business that supp**** it to replace me with a different brand and hats off to them but the service recieved from Defy is really pathetic honestly firstly you cant email them and had to call and leave 3 messages for the Manager to return the call but a junior member of staff has called and is not even doing anything about it also the food that was in had to be thrown away because it spoilt. Really dont ever buy Defy product because their quality and service you can never RELY on
