Defy service conspicuous by its absence

Having purchased a Defy Gas Stove/Oven, the handbook refers to a Gas Jet Cleaning Kit which was not included with the appliance. Several frustrating calls to their Customer Care line to enquire where I could obtain such a kit directed me to Durban and Midrand; no one could assist and I was cut off 3 times. Why I bought the appliance I have yet to re-assess. M.J. Byrne
