Defy se bollie

The bigges mistake in my life to bought my wife a Defy fridge freeze from the 1st day water leaks the chroming on the inside pealing. The ice stuck in the ice conteiner .the unit replaed several times with new and upgraded units on receiving of the units , the screen cracked leaking water DEFY !!! After 5 unit still do not have a fridge/freezer operating correct DEFY!!!!! on the day of purchase my money did not leak water, the chroming did not pealed the ice did not stuck the ice container not cracked ,payments done with NO hiccups. After e mails up and down i demand my money back in order to purchase a new definitely not Defy .with the outcome , the bucket was passed to the next person and to empty the unit they need it in their workshop Defy not supplying loan unit and nou they starting with storys of only 2 years of warranty.
