DEFY SA - Excellent Service

I bought a Defy DAW387 (10kg Steam Front Load Washing Machine), on installation, my fault, I failed to remove some packaging underneath that made the machine sounded like an airplane during lift-off. Defy had a technician at my house the next day and the problem was solved. The washing machine is the best buy ever. Thank you defy. Thank you Lufuno and the Technician whose name escapes me.
