Defy's turnaround time for repairs is 3 weeks

I called on the 22nd April 2015 to report my oven. I was told a technician would come to my property on Friday the 24th April. I missed his call and I tried several times to return his call to no avail. I just called them again now Defy says they will come through on the 6th May. How does Defy expect me to wait for so long for the use of my oven. <br> <br> Is this how these companies treat us after purchasing their brands.<br> <br>
