DEFY'S TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

<p>I wrote a few reviews on Defy's poor service and still it doesn't seem to bother them. I am curious... how can Defy not make appointments and if they call then I must leave work and go home for them to repair my broken dishwasher (because they can not make appointments) and then when I am home they never pitch? Why is it like that? I have never experienced something like this. They don't only waste my time but my money as well... my patience has reached the end with Defy appliances. </p>
