Defy's Poor Service

On 25 Feb 2017 our Fridge/Freezer stopped functioning properly. I only could get hold of the purchase doc the evening of 27th. On 28th i eventualy got hold of Defy. A service call was logged to get the unit repaired at home. on 2nd March, Mohammed of Defy arrived at my house, looked at the unit and stated that he does not have the equipment to fix it and will only be able to come back on either the 8th or 9th. I explained the urgency and he arrived again on the 8th and repaired it according to him. Late that afternoon, it was back to squire one again. On 9 March i phoned Defy again and spoke to Jacques. He promised to send out somebody else the next day. So, on Friday 10 March, Macdonald pitched trying to fix the problem but with no success. He phoned Jacques, Jacques said he will speak to Frans etc. Nothing happened and there we where without a fridge and about R400 worth of rotten stuff. I have'nt heard anything from Defy so i phoned them back on Monday 13th. Spoke to Jacques and he said they will replace the fridge with a DFF914 and said that i can either go to Makro or the website the get detail of the unit. On 14th, no communication from Defy. I phoned back, spoke to Jacques and according to him he finished all the paperwork and passed it on the another department who will contact me for further arrangements and it is now out of his hand. I said that i am not at all happy with the situation and he needs to make a special effort to secure a better customer service. He promised to do so and will come back to me on the same day. It is now 18h10 14/3/17 and i have not hear a thing!!!!??? What now???
