Defy Repairs - No Service

Call was logged on the 21 May for my machine to be repaired. The call was closed as complete on the 15 June, yet my machine has not been repaired and DEFY have no clue as to what is happening. The call center cannot give update and no one calls to give feedback. No service from DEFY at all.
