Defy Repair Service is misleading and do not care
I logged a call on line and via Defy’d call Centre for the repair of my dishwasher two months ago. They came out twice with the wrong parts. Now they disappeared. No call, no explanation. I called the call Centre more than 20 times and being told the technician will come out. Please take back your dishwasher and refund me. I cannot take this anymore.
