Defy refuses to exchange new machine
Bought a washing machine via takealot, pick the Defy brand because it is suppose to be good. From 9 Nov 2021 until today 26 January 2022. they have sent technicians to repair my new machine, not once not twice but 4 times, including the senior technician, refusing to exchange a brand new machine, and still not repaired.
