Defy refrigerator not working since day purchased

My husband bought a fridgerator at OK store in rustenburg phokeng mall ...the problem with the fridge it ice to much from the deep side of it

We went to OK to lodge a complaint and they came to fix the fridge but still it kept doing that ...we went back again after refusing it to be fixed asking for reimbur*****t but we where told standard procedure to be followed as we haven't reached the last stage

We gave them to fix the fridge at check they went to the extended of changing the door

But now it's too much we can't use the fridge since we bought it and we can't not be assist with this matter

Kindly assist me in finding a solution to this
