DEFY REALLY UNWORTHY

Good day. I bought a dishwasher from Defy a year ago. The machine defaulted. The motherboard of the Dishwasher broke, the technision came to our home and found the problem, the after care service to repair the problem is very bad. Their is so many excuses from the Defy company. I was calling them on a weekly basis. Even promises of the Managers to contact you it never happens. With buying the application from Defy, our money is good, but the moment they need to assist they are not fair in business. The excuses of business has moved from Durban to Eastern Cape. Manager requested to call you but they don't. The processes is in the 5th week with not feedback or positive return. I call the National office and defy company in Midrand. Good word bad back come back in prosess and repairs.
